💰 Pay & Benefits
- $25–$35/hr base (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission on every repair and system sale
- Spiffs + performance bonuses
- $80K–$110K typical | Top closers can $120K–$150K
- Company vehicle (take home)

🔧 What You’ll Do
- Handle service calls with a sales-first mindset
- Present repair vs. replacement options confidently
- Close repairs and system upgrades
- Upsell indoor air quality and energy-saving solutions
- Build trust with homeowners through clear, professional communication
💪 What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years proven HVAC or home-service sales experience
- Confident, persuasive, and results-driven — you can close the deal
- Comfortable presenting options and pricing
- Clean driving record & professional appearance
- EPA certification a plus, but not required
